Economy Without Pain- July 29th

In a recent rally on Mexico City Zocalo (Main Square), the pre candidate to presidency on 2012 (and second place on 2006 election) pledge that in his government we must build three refinery plants in order to don’t sell cheap oil and bought expensive gasoline. And even if that sounds good, its an old paradigm from a country on development phase (President Lazaro Cardenas nationalized oil industry in 1936) and no from a technological and open minded nation (Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Google or Yahoo founders started his companies with very few money and today have earnings bigger than PEMEX).
